What kinds of massage does EropSpa offer?

12 treatments in all, Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, Thai, Balinese, hot stone, foot reflexology, head and shoulder, sports, prenatal, couples and four-hands. If you are not sure which one suits you, tell us what hurts when you book and we will match you to a therapist.

Do you come to my home, or do I visit your spa?

Both. We run 7 spa centres across Bangalore and we also travel to homes, hotels and offices within the areas listed above. At-home sessions include the table, linen and oils. You only need a clear space about two metres square.

How do I book, and how far ahead should I book?

Book online or call us. Same-day slots are usually available outside peak evening hours; for a specific therapist, a weekend slot or a couples room, two to three days ahead is safer.

Are your therapists qualified and background-checked?

Every therapist holds a recognised massage-therapy certification, is police-verified, and works under a senior therapist for their first three months with us. You can ask to see credentials at any time.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to four hours before your slot. Inside four hours, or if nobody is at the address for an at-home session, we charge fifty percent of the session fee.

What does a session cost, and are there memberships?

Sessions are priced by treatment and duration, starting at sixty minutes. Members get priority booking, reduced rates and one free upgrade each month. The full price list is on the Pricing page.
