HSR Layout is where EropSpa started. In 2011, ten of us opened a single spa here and looked after the same regular clients week after week. More than a decade later, HSR Layout is still home to our Studio No. 04, and still the place we know best.
A full body massage works from your shoulders and back down through your arms, legs and feet, so the whole body gets looked after, along with the sore spot. Book it at our HSR Layout spa, or let a trained therapist come to your home anywhere from Sector 1 to Sector 7, Agara Lake to 27th Main. Sessions start from ₹3,000, with no booking fee and no travel charge. Next door, we also offer massage in Koramangala, with home visits around the clock.

Swedish Massage
The full body massage in its simplest form: warm oil, long strokes, medium pressure, head to toe.
Balinese Massage
A full body massage with more going on: acupressure, kneading and gentle stretches.
Hot Stone
A full body massage with warm basalt stones on the back. 75 or 90 minutes.
Deep Tissue
Full body, but slower and firmer, spending longer where the knots are.
Aromatherapy
A full body massage with an essential-oil blend chosen for your mood.
Thai Massage
A full body session with no oil: stretches and pressure on a mat, fully clothed.
Foot Reflexology
Just the feet, from 30 minutes, if a full body session is more than you need today.
Head & Shoulder
Just the neck, shoulders and scalp, for a short break from the Outer Ring Road traffic.

Full Body Massage in HSR Layout
What a full body massage includes
Your therapist starts with the back and shoulders, where most of us hold the day, then works through the neck, arms and hands, the legs and finally the feet. The pressure is set to what you ask for and checked as the session goes on.
Most people book a Swedish massage as their full body treatment, long, flowing strokes with warm oil. If you want a little more, Balinese mixes in acupressure and gentle stretching, and Hot Stone adds warm basalt stones along the back. Sessions run from 30 to 120 minutes, depending on the treatment you choose.

Usually 60, 90 or 120 minutes, depending on the treatment. For a first massage, 60 minutes is a comfortable start; 90 minutes gives time to work slowly on tension.
Is a home massage in HSR Layout the same price as the spa?
Yes. There is no travel charge inside our 13 Bangalore areas, so a session at home costs the same as one at the spa.
Can we book a couples massage in HSR Layout?
Yes, at the spa. Couples Massage uses two therapists and two tables side by side in one private room. It is a spa-only treatment.
