There are hundreds of spas in Bangalore, and they are not all the same. Before you book anywhere, it is worth checking four simple things.

• Trained, verified therapists. Ask whether therapists are certified, and whether anyone has checked who they are.
• A clean, private room. Fresh linen for every guest, clean towels, and a room that is yours for the whole session.
• A clear price before you arrive. You should know the cost on the phone, not discover it at the end.
• Clear rules. A professional spa says plainly that its massage is non-sexual and for adults only.

2A Bangalore spa that also comes to you

Bangalore traffic is real. A spa twenty minutes away can mean an hour on the road at 7 pm. That is why every EropSpa treatment that can be given at home is also available at home, in all 13 of our areas. Your therapist brings a professional massage table, fresh linen and the oils, and packs everything away afterwards.

In six of our areas there is no branch at all (JP Nagar, Electronic City, Marathahalli, Hebbal, Yelahanka and Rajajinagar) and every session there is a home visit. We say so on each of those pages, and point you to the nearest branch if you would rather visit one.

3Spa treatments in Bangalore

Every branch and every area offers the full menu of 12 treatments: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Thai Massage, Balinese Massage, Hot Stone, Foot Reflexology, Head & Shoulder, Sports Massage, Prenatal Massage, Couples Massage and Four Hands. Sessions run from 30 to 120 minutes, depending on the treatment.

Not sure which to choose? For relaxation, start with a Swedish or Aromatherapy massage. For knots and desk-work stiffness, Deep Tissue or Head & Shoulder. For flexibility, Thai. 4Spa prices in Bangalore

A session at EropSpa starts from ₹3,000. The exact price depends on the treatment and the length you choose, and the desk tells you the amount on the call, before anything is booked. There is no booking fee, no travel charge for a home visit inside our areas, and nothing to pay online.

5A couples spa in Bangalore

Couples Massage puts two therapists and two tables side by side in one private room, so you and your partner (or a friend) relax together and finish at the same time. Each of you chooses your own treatment and your own pressure. It is a spa-only treatment, available at all 7 of our branches, and a simple way to mark an anniversary or a birthday.

For something deeper, Four Hands Massage has two therapists working in sync at one table. A faster, fuller full-body release for one person.

6New to Bangalore, or just passing through?

If you are in the city for work or travel, two branches are especially easy to reach. Our MG Road spa sits in the centre, close to Brigade Road, Church Street and the metro, with a steam room for after your session. Our Majestic spa is near the Kempegowda bus station, the KSR City railway station and the metro interchange. A short Foot Reflexology or Head & Shoulder session fits neatly between two journeys.

7Opening hours

Our spa branches and home visits run 9am – 9pm, every day, weekends included. In Koramangala, home visits run 24 hours a day, useful after a late shift or an early flight.

8What happens at a EropSpa spa

You are welcomed with a drink while your private room is made ready. Fresh linen goes on the table in front of you, and the room stays yours for the whole booking. Your therapist asks what pressure you like and checks again as the session goes on. Afterwards there is a shower with fresh towels, so you can head back out into the city feeling properly refreshed.

Some branches have something extra: the MG Road spa has a steam room you can use after any treatment, the Koramangala spa has an aromatherapy bar where your oil blend is mixed in front of you, and the Jayanagar spa has a quiet lounge to sit in before and after.

9Since 2011, by appointment

EropSpa began in 2011 with one spa in HSR Layout and a group of regular clients who came back week after week. Indiranagar followed in 2013, and by 2018 there were six branches across Bangalore. Since 2021 our focus has been training: point-by-point technique, taught properly and checked. We are 100% locally owned, and we still work by appointment, so every guest gets our full attention.

10Our rules: a professional spa

Every EropSpa massage is a professional, non-medical and non-sexual treatment for adults aged 18 and over. Sexual services are never offered, at any price. Our therapists are certified and police-verified, you are told who is coming before the session, and the same rules protect you and them in every room.
