A body spa visit is simple: you come in, a trained therapist works on the whole body, and you leave lighter than you arrived. In Indiranagar we do it at Studio No. 01 on 100 Feet Road, our second branch, open since March 2013.
The room is private and warm, and it stays yours from the moment you arrive until you are dressed and ready to go. Nobody else is booked into it during your session.
Most guests here book a full body oil massage: Swedish if they want to relax, Deep Tissue if they want knots worked out. Both run for 60, 90 or 120 minutes.
